Steven Humpa and nine other former employees of the Oscar W. Hedstrom Corporation filed their amended complaint in equity to recover monies from the Oscar W. Hedstrom Corporation Profit-Sharing and Employees' Savings Trust and Russell W. Hedstrom, trustee, and also asked for discovery, accounting and other relief. The corporation, having subsequently been adjudged bankrupt, was dismissed as a party defendant....
