These appeals have to do with the estate of William E. Andrews, who died January 19, 1942, leaving a will dated August 17, 1936. He bequeathed and devised to his wife, Myrtle, all his property except his home on Fairmont Street in the District of Columbia, which he devised to the Central Union Mission, subject to his wife's right to occupy it throughout her life. About two hours after Andrews' death, two deeds were filed for record...
