NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BD. v. ATLANTIC TOWING CO.

No. 12697.

182 F.2d 625 (1950)

NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD, Petitioner, v. ATLANTIC TOWING COMPANY, Respondent.

United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit.

June 23, 1950.
