This appeal comes from a judgment of the Saline Probate Court allowing a claim of appellee, J. W. Covington, against the estate of his deceased brother, C. H. Covington, Sr., who died early in 1947.

The claim, filed in due time but disallowed by the administrator, was for a total of $283.33 which sum represented the balance due by decedent on what was an alleged running account with appellee beginning May 25, 1929. The administrator denied...
