John L. Wiegardt and Fred W. Wiegardt, discovering that, through inadvertence, they had planted oysters on a state oyster reserve, desired to claim these oysters as their personal property. To assist them in prosecuting their claim, they retained, as attorneys, Fred M. Bond and the late W.H. Abel.
