Appellants, W. L. Hutcheson, W. L. Hutcheson, Jr., and Hutcheson Wholesale Shoe Company, Inc., were plaintiffs in the circuit court in an action against appellee, Kenneth G. Clapp, doing business as Packard Fort Smith Company, and J. H. Bryan. Plaintiffs alleged that in March, 1949, J. H. Bryan, while acting within the scope of his employment as the agent and servant of appellee Clapp, negligently drove an automobile into and damaged three automobiles...
