Defendants move to dismiss the amended complaint under rule 107 of the Rules of Civil Practice solely upon the ground that the alleged causes of action are barred by a two-year Statute of Limitations provided in the so-called Portal-to-Portal Act of 1947 (U. S. Code, tit. 29, § 255).
