The appellant, Mercado Gomez, pleaded guilty in the court below to both counts of an indictment charging him, respectively, with the transportation of a revolver, and with the transportation of revolver ammunition for the same, and thereupon he was sentenced to two years on each count, the sentences to run consecutively.
