Jacoby, Jr., is appealing from a decree of the circuit court of DuPage county, dismissing for want of equity plaintiff's complaint for an accounting, a declaration of trust, and an injunction to prevent his mother, the defendant Laura Warren Jacoby, from revoking a will and disposing of her property.
