This action was brought by the Administratrix of the estate of Delmar G. Miles, deceased, under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., to recover damages for the decedent's death alleged to have been caused November 24, 1943, by defendant's negligence while Miles was allegedly working as an employee of the defendant. A trial before a jury resulted in a verdict for the defendant from which the plaintiff prosecutes...
