This is an appeal from a judgment entered October 19, 1948, holding certain claims of four patents, owned by the plaintiff, valid and infringed by the defendant. All of the patents relate to a conduit system and its improvements adapted to be used in the transmission of steam and other liquids. The apparatus described, together with the improvements, is particularly designed for use in connection with a central heating system whereby heat is generated...
