Appellants, Dean R. Morley, as Commissioner of Revenues, and the State of Arkansas appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Nevada County, directing that fifty cases of whiskey which had been seized as contraband under the alcoholic control laws of this state be returned to their owner, a resident of the dry State of Oklahoma.
