PER CURIAM:

This action was brought to recover damages from the city of Bremerton, alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff on account of the bursting of a water main in Burwell street. The plaintiff's claim, which was filed with the city (a copy being attached to the complaint) set forth certain items of personal property which were said to have been damaged as a result of the breaking of that water main in the total amount of $10,353.
