Plaintiff brought this action alleging trade-mark infringement and unfair competition. The claim that there was trade-mark infringement was dismissed, because of the local, intrastate nature of defendant's business, however, the district court sustained the plaintiff's claim as to unfair competition and entered a judgment and decree, permanently enjoining and restraining defendant from using the word "Jewel" or any name similar to or in imitation...
