In February, 1944, defendant, a legal reserve life insurance company, entered into an employment contract with plaintiff, whereby the latter was employed as "Sales Executive" or "Superintendent of Agents" for a one-year period beginning March 6, 1944. Campbell, in addition to superintending defendant's sales development program, agreed to "undertake to produce as much personal business as possible," though he was not to receive commissions...
