This appeal is from a judgment directing the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandamus commanding the treasurer of King county to accept from respondents the sum of two thousand seven hundred dollars in full payment of taxes assessed against personal property covered by a chattel mortgage given prior to the making of the assessments.
