PONDER, Justice.

The defendant was tried and convicted under an indictment charging him with attempted aggravated rape and sentenced to serve three years and six months in the penitentiary. He has appealed.

On this appeal we are presented with six bills of exceptions that were taken during the course of the trial to the rulings of the trial court.
