This is a suit for damages resulting from a collision between the 1938 Hudson automobile of plaintiff and the automobile of defendant H. B. Fletcher, which occurred on March 6, 1947, at about 5:20 p. m. on U. S. Highway 90, between Lake Charles and Sulphur.
