This is an action for unfair competition. Plaintiff, a Massachusetts corporation organized in 1935, is and has been engaged in the selling of radio and electronic parts and equipment to amateur radio operators, referred to as "ham operators," to servicemen who repair radio sets, to colleges, laboratories, and others. Plaintiff advertises on a national scale, issues catalogues, and does a large mail order business in all parts of the United States...
