This appeal is from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming that of the Primary Examiner finally rejecting all of the claims, 16 to 20, inclusive, of a patent application, serial No. 479,593, filed March 18, 1943, "For Lubricant." The claims were rejected by the examiner on the ground of estoppel by reason of laches and also on the ground of not possessing sufficient basis in the disclosure of the application...
