On a former opinion day we handed down an opinion in this case in which we affirmed the judgment of the trial court. Appellant duly filed a motion for rehearing and, upon a consideration of the allegations and authorities cited in it, we have concluded that we erred in affirming the judgment and that, instead, it should be reversed and judgment here rendered in favor of the appellant.
