This is a suit by the Southern Railway Company, hereinafter identified as Carrier, to recover from the Mayer Myers Paper Company of Memphis the freight charges on a car of paper shipped from Mechanicsville, New York to Memphis and there delivered to the Mayer Myers Paper Company.
