These are appeals from an order of the District Court with respect to applications for fees and expenses by the plaintiff and his attorneys in a class action.

In 1942, appellant Giesecke, an attorney at law, as trustee of $2400 face value mortgage bonds of Pittsburgh Hotels, Inc., sued the latter, thirteen of its officers, directors and voting trustees and Peoples-Pittsburgh Trust Company, trustee under the second mortgage indenture...
