GRADY, J.

This action was instituted by the plaintiffs to recover damages resulting from the pollution of the water of their wells by refuse matter from the dehydrating plant of defendants and to secure injunctive relief. The court awarded each of the plaintiffs a money judgment, enjoined the maintenance of a nuisance and directed its abatement.
