Appellant, Mrs. Addie White, filed suit, seeking to rescind a contract between herself and Mr. and Mrs. Page, and recover $1250 which she claimed she had paid. The Chancery Court dismissed the complaint for want of equity, and this appeal challenges the correctness of that decree.
