This is a suit under the Workmen's Compensation Act wherein James K. Chafin, as plaintiff, sought recovery against Trinity Universal Insurance Company, as defendant, for alleged damages on account of injuries received by him on March 12, 1948, in the course of his employment while working for Harold Zesch Motors in Mason County, Texas. The trial was before the court and a jury. Plaintiff claimed total and permanent incapacity as a result of the injuries...
