Harvey E. Ashley died intestate February 6, 1946, while in the armed services of the United States, and Mrs. H. B. Holland qualified in Marshall County as administratrix of his estate which consisted of $1674.36 army pay due him at the time of his death, and that sum was paid to his administratrix.
