Appellees, Monroe McClellan and James C. McKinney, filed separate actions against appellant, Mercury Insurance Company, to recover losses on two automobile insurance policies. By agreement the two cases were consolidated and tried before the circuit judge, sitting as a jury, upon the pleadings and stipulations of fact. The insurance company has appealed from judgments rendered in favor of appellees.
