This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Bexar County, 73rd Judicial District. Appellees as plaintiffs sued appellant as defendant for damages for the death of their nineteen year old son, John D. Broome, who was killed in a collision between a Plymouth convertible coupe in which he was riding as a guest, and a Chevrolet sedan operated by appellant. The accident occurred about midnight...
