This suit was brought by Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Lundberg, parents of Wilburn and Billy Joe Lundberg, or the ages of twenty-six and twenty years, respectively, who sustained fatal injuries on December 5, 1948, when the automobile in which they were riding collided with a boxcar blocking the crossing on a public highway in the city of Walnut Springs, Texas.
