MILLWEE, Justice.

John Haller prosecutes this appeal to reverse a judgment of conviction against him for the crime of incest. There is no bill of exceptions. The first ground relied upon for reversal is that the court erred in overruling a demurrer to the information.

The information reads: "I, H. G. Partlow, Prosecuting Attorney within and for the Second Judicial Circuit of the State of Arkansas, of which Greene County is a part, in the name and by the authority...
