A. Introduction
1. Count 2 of the complaint is before the Court for adjudication. It charges defendants with violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2, with respect to foreign trade and commerce in coated abrasives.
