Clyde H. Waller died on October 18, 1948, while in the discharge of his duties as warehouse foreman of the defendant, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp.

His widow, Mrs. Bessie L. Woodward Waller, alleging that the death of her husband was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage, brought about by his heavy and strenuous duties as said warehouse foreman, while employed by defendant, brings this action demanding...
