Finke, individually and as agents, representatives and liquidating commissioners, seeking to have a receiver appointed to wind up and liquidate the affairs of the Canal Bank and Trust Company. The defendants in their answer asked for a dismissal of the suit and for the lower court to take jurisdiction of the liquidation...
