The question presented on this appeal is whether a claimant, under the Workmen's Compensation Law, Code Supp. 1947, art. 101, § 1 et seq., can, with the approval of the State Industrial Accident Commission, settle for a lump sum his claim against his employer, without thereby releasing the insurer of the employer from further liability.
