This is an appeal from a decree rendered by the Circuit Court of Mobile County, in Equity, validating and confirming a proposed issue of $5,000,000 Tunnel Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds of the City of Mobile and all proceedings taken in connection therewith, the means provided for the payment of the bonds including all pledges of revenues and also validating and confirming the covenants and provisions contained in the resolution adopted...
