Abell Company, a body corporate (called the Company), and the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore, a corporation, Trustee (called the Trustee), wherein the Abells prayed: (1) that a release dated April 24, 1947, from the Trustee to the Company, and duly recorded, be declared null...
