On March 1, 1946, the plaintiffs, Wilbur L. Rayburn and Iva B. Rayburn, husband and wife, sold to the defendants Roy M. Crawford and Stella May Crawford, husband and wife, a tract of land comprising some 1,200 acres in Lane County, Oregon.
