Florence Lieberman, appellee, filed a bill of complaint against her husband, Joseph Lieberman, appellant, in and by which bill she sought separate maintenance for herself and support for two infant children of the parties. Appellee prayed for a Writ of Ne Exeat which was issued by the Chancellor who in and by the said Writ directed the Sheriff to take the appellant into custody and incarcerate him until either cash bail or a good, adequate and sufficient...
