This is an appeal from a judgment of dismissal of plaintiffs' action for damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained by Joann Parisi, by reason of the failure of defendant to use the degree of care, skill and diligence in assembling a bicycle to render it reasonably fit for the purpose for which it was intended, and because defendant did carelessly, negligently, recklessly and improperly put together...
