This is an appeal from an order contained in a "memorandum and opinion" filed April 13, 1948, in which the court said, "On May 1, 1947, I filed an opinion and order herein sustaining the demurrer of the defendant, Elizabeth B. Stead, to the amended bill of complaint. On May 19, 1947, the plaintiffs filed what they called a motion to permit a reargument. * * * some time later * * * the matter was set down for hearing...
