KRUEGER, Judge.

The offense is burglary. The punishment assessed is confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of two years.

The evidence, briefly stated, shows that on the night of the 11th day of July, 1948, appellant and three companions drove in appellant's automobile from San Antonio to Kerrville with the intent of committing burglary; that appellant's three companions did break and enter Couch's store and take therefrom some rifles, pistols, ammunition...
