In the present case, the wife, appellee here, was granted a divorce a mensa et thoro against her husband, and was awarded the sum of $10 per week as alimony. The proceedings were commenced by the filing of the wife's bill of complaint which charged the husband with cruelty. The husband answered, denying the alleged cruelty, and filed a cross-bill...
