On Dec. 9, 1940, appellant, Grace Fain, filed her petition under Sec. 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, in which she averred that she was the owner and operator of a farm; that she was insolvent and that she desired to effect a composition or extension of time in which to pay her debts. She filed a schedule marked A-2 containing a statement of creditors holding securities, without naming them. It does not appear from the record...
