This is an appeal by the United States from so much of a final judgment entered in proceedings brought for the condemnation of the temporary use and occupancy of a parcel of land with the buildings thereon as awarded removal costs in the stipulated amount of $25,600 to Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company, the lessee of a portion of the premises condemned.
