The widow and children of Rufus Daffin filed a claim for compensation under provisions of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Wrokers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq., after Daffin died of burns received from an explosion aboard W. O. Pape's yacht Vigilant, where he was working. The deputy commissioner awarded compensation.
