This is a suit under the recently enacted Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. § 921 et seq. The plaintiff who had been an aviation mechanic at the Glenn L. Martin Company's plant in Baltimore, enlisted in the United States Army October 22, 1942.
