This case concerns the administration of a testamentary trust in which, as the District Judge found, the trustee made use of certain property committed to his care for his own benefit and to the detriment of the beneficiaries. The suit was brought and this appeal was taken by one of the beneficiaries who complains that the period for which the trustee was held liable to account to him for the use and occupancy of the property was unduly restricted...
