In its appeal defendant seeks to reverse the judgment of the District Court ordering it to pay to plaintiff damages in the sum of $4,250. From a jury verdict of $5,000 the court ordered a remittitur of $750. Defendant moved for a directed verdict at the conclusion of plaintiff's evidence and again at the conclusion of all evidence.
