This is an appeal by the defendant, a landlord, from a judgment in favor of his tenants who were plaintiffs in an action for the refund of overcharges said to have been made in violation of § 205(e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S. C.A.Appendix, § 925(e).
